Rare Space – we are excited to be selected to represent “best company to work for in Colorado” client in negotiating their 50,000 square foot real estate transaction. Next week, we begin by interviewing two architects to help them determine if the 20,000 SF contiguous will meet their expansion plans over the next five years. If it is determined the space will work, we will begin negotiating with their current Landlord. If the space won’t work is to expensive, we will begin looking at the available space in the surrounding market.
